The second esa-match industry session will take place on 6 May 2021 at 15:00 CEST.

Attendees will be introduced to the key features of the system such as the esa-match Directory, the Marketspace and the Tenders area. Participants will also learn about access rights, the different roles in the system and how to manage entity profiles, Marketspace ads and system-internal communications.

This session is of particular interest to esa-star users with the roles of Entity Information Administrator, Business Unit Information Administrator and Bid Manager who, by default, have roles in esa-match. The session is also of interest to other industry participants who might use or want to use esa-match in the future. 

The main objectives of the session are to:

• introduce the main features of esa-match
• outline how to manage entity profiles and assign user roles in the system
• outline how to manage Marketspace ads and related conversations in the system
