This training course will be held as a two-part webinar on 10 + 11 November.

The 8 hour course is split in two sessions which will run from 9:00 to 13:00 CET on both days.

esa-match, a new module in the esa-star framework, will become available in spring 2021. It will allow entities to create profile pages to present themselves, search for potential partners and identify business opportunities.

esa-star Registration is the Agency's registration and management tool for external entities. 

The function of Industrial Ombudsman for ESA has existed since 2000 to guide industry-to-industry relations in ESA procurements, facilitating appeal cases in ESA “Best Practices” and offering mediation in industrial disputes. 

Since 2009, this has included ESA-to-industry relations to enable independent monitoring within the ESA procurement review mechanism, which also involves investigating procedural breach of ESA procurement regulations.

esa-p is the supplier portal for ESA’s contractual partners, with the following main features:

• controlled access and visibility on ESA contracts (contractual, invoicing and payment information) to Prime- and Sub-contractors directly paid by ESA;
• submission and approval of electronic invoices and Milestone Achievement Certificates
