Compliant Price Breakdown Forms and ECOS introduction (Feb 27)
Any bidder submitting an offer within ESA Programmes is required to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of the price proposed. ESA requires the use of the ECOS application and/or presentation in standard Price Breakdown Forms.
The Tender Evaluation Board (TEB) uses this information to conduct a review, comparison and selection from the various tenders received in response to an ITT. The information in the PBF tables is used to break down costs and give transparency to the total price of an industrial proposal.

The aim of the course is to give a brief introduction to the ECOS application and a better understanding of the Price Breakdown Form in order to produce compliant and quality price proposals.
