A training webinar about Software Product Assurance will take place on 2 March 2021 at 09:30 CET.

This all-day course is of particular interest to organisations, in particular SMEs, which have the intention to develop software in the ESA framework. Although no previous software experience is required, it is recommended to have some background in Software Engineering to attend the session.

Topics covered will include:

- Software in the context of ESA space projects (main processes; Software life cycle)

- Software PA programme implementation

- Software process assurance

- Software product quality assurance

A detailed agenda will be provided in early 2021.

This course aims to provide participants with a good overview of relevant Software Product Assurance aspects.

Participants will learn about:

- The role of software in the context of space projects (including the software life cycle and reviews)

- The importance of Software Product Assurance
