ECSS-M-ST-10-01C – Organization and conduct of reviews
ECSS-M-ST-40C Rev.1 – Configuration and information management
ECSS-M-ST-60C – Cost and schedule management
ECSS-M-ST-80C – Risk management

Objectives

The objective of the session is:

to introduce the audience to project management standardisation;
to provide basic knowledge of the ECSS management branch and the activities to be performed in ESA projects to address their practical implementation
